How long will it take for me to receive my products?
ShimmerLocks.com ships within 2 business days from the time you place your order, Monday through Friday, we do not ship on holidays.
If your order is placed after 12:01 a.m. c.s.t. on (including express shipments):
Monday - scheduled to ship on or before Wednesday
Tuesday - scheduled to ship on or before Thursday
Wednesday - scheduled to ship on or before Friday
Thursday - scheduled to ship on or before Monday
Friday - scheduled to ship on or before Tuesday
Saturday - scheduled to ship on or before Tuesday
Sunday - scheduled to ship on or before Tuesday
If we expect any additional delays to your order, we will notify you to confirm the new date or provide a refund if we are unable to meet your needs.
Cancellations & Fast Shipping
We ship lightning-fast, sometimes within minutes of your order!
While you’re welcome to request a cancellation, we can’t guarantee it. Once an order is placed, it may already be packed and on its way. We’re usually in the back filling orders (not glued to email), so even if you message right away, your package might still ship.
