Incorrect or damaged orders policy
Shimmer Locks will accept returns on all products within 30 days of
purchase, no questions asked, as long as the product is sealed in its
bag in original condition and unused. The original product price, but
not shipping, will be refunded. However, if an internal error was made
by Shimmer Locks, your order will be corrected with no additional
shipping costs incurred, or fully refunded including original shipping
costs. Any additional shipping fees that may occur as a result of our
error for replacement or return will be covered by ShimmerLocks.com
We stand behind each and every one of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send us a detailed
e-mail or call 712-899-9322. We will do our best to address your concerns.
- Proof of purchase will be required.
- Damaged merchandise will have to be evaluated to determine the cause of the damage before any replacements are made.
- Incorrect orders will be replaced at no charge after it is determined the customer did not order what was shipped to them.
*Full purchase price will be refunded if it's determined that the returned item(s) are associated with a product defect or if the order was incorrect due to an internal mistake by ShimmerLocks.com.
