How long will it take for me to receive my products?
ShimmerLocks.com ships within 2 business days from the time you place your order, Monday through Friday, we do not ship on holidays.
If your order is placed after 12:01 a.m. c.s.t. on (including express shipments):

Cancellations & Fast Shipping
We ship lightning-fast, sometimes within minutes of your order!
While you’re welcome to request a cancellation, we can’t guarantee it. Once an order is placed, it may already be packed and on its way. We’re usually in the back filling orders (not glued to email), so even if you message right away, your package might still ship.

Yes, we do! Select United States as the country then in the State field, select the appropriate APO for your address.
What shipping carriers are available?
ShimmerLocks.com exclusively ships with the United States Postal Service. In the United States, shipping of up to $100 on all orders is standard.
How is my shipping cost calculated?
All of our shipping quotes are calculated in real time from data provided by our carrier and based on weight and estimated packaging size needed for your order. Our system will always provide you with the absolute cheapest option available at the time of your check out.
Does ShimmerLocks.com ship Internationally?
Yes! We ship internationally! All international orders are tracked and fully insured. We also ship to the United States Protectorates (Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), please select United States as the country and your area as the "State". Happy shopping.
